Mummy, mummy, I have a question

During breakfast, Jie jie was asking me question after question that kept me tongue tied for quite a while.

"Mummy, what causes rainbow?"

I stared at her blankly for a few tickling seconds, trying hard to have an answer. When none could came out from my brain and I was tempted to tell her about God's promise to Noah that she suddenly said,

"I think I know why lah. It is something to do with rain and sunlight. That's what the Young Scientist wrote."

"Mummy, mummy, how come we can stand still without falling huh. I thought the earth is round?"

"And, if I travel out of this world, can I still come back to the same earth again? Maybe can. Can go out means sure can come in one. Hor?"
